We extend a warm welcome to Juan M. Medina, our newest member in Texas. Based in San Antonio, Juan will play a crucial role in supporting our expansion efforts in the region.
Additionally, we are pleased to announce that Scott Thomas will be continuing his journey with PCSD in his new capacity as Project Finance Coordinator.

Juan M. Medina joins us as Senior Project Manager, Texas based in San Antonio. Juan has over 25 years of experience in real estate, including as an agent and a licensed home builder for his own realtor and construction company, as well as a loan analyst at Lone Star National Bank and BBVA Compass Bank. |
