I trust you had a restful holiday season and a Happy New Year. As we kick off 2024, PCSD is eager to share some exciting updates.

We extend a warm welcome to Juan M. Medina, our newest member in Texas. Based in San Antonio, Juan will play a crucial role in supporting our expansion efforts in the region.

Additionally, we are pleased to announce that Scott Thomas will be continuing his journey with PCSD in his new capacity as Project Finance Coordinator.

Staff Updates

 

Scott Thomas, a longstanding team member, has assumed the role of Project Finance Coordinator. Scott will play a pivotal role in supporting both the finance and project management teams, ensuring robust financial and administrative project monitoring. 

 
 

Juan M. Medina joins us as Senior Project Manager, Texas based in San Antonio. Juan has over 25 years of experience in real estate, including as an agent and a licensed home builder for his own realtor and construction company, as well as a loan analyst at Lone Star National Bank and BBVA Compass Bank.
