As we approach the August meeting of the West Hartford Republican Town Committee on Monday, August 19th, I want to extend a warm invitation to all members, new guests, and those interested in the future of our town to join us. This meeting is crucial as we continue to shape our strategies and initiatives for the coming months. Your presence and participation are invaluable as we tackle important topics, including our upcoming events, fundraising efforts, and the latest updates from our elected officials. This is an excellent opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions, share your ideas, and contribute to the success of our committee.

Our agenda is packed with important items, starting with reports from our Secretary and Treasurer. We will also discuss key issues and hear updates from our Town Council, Board of Education, and other elected officials. Additionally, we will receive updates from our various committees, including Fundraising, Marketing, and Candidate Support, as we prepare for significant events like the Lincoln/Reagan Dinner and the Park Road Parade. Each of these discussions is vital to our ongoing efforts to strengthen our community and uphold our Republican values.

I encourage everyone to attend and be part of the conversation. Whether you’re a long-time member or new to our meetings, your input and involvement are what make our committee strong. Together, we can ensure that our efforts are impactful and that our voices are heard in West Hartford. I look forward to seeing you at the Town Hall in Room #400 on August 19th for a productive and inspiring meeting.

Attached is the agenda for the meeting.  For those who are our Republican representatives of Town Boards and Commissions, we ask that you please make every effort to attend our meetings and provide an update on information and actions from those boards and commissions from which you serve.  We also welcome all those who are a Justice of the Peace appointed by our Republican Town Committee.  Please click on the button to RSVP to our Secretary, so we may have a head count of who will be attending as we provide complimentary snacks and refreshments for our meetings.
