Now is the most important time of the election.  If you want to get involved in helping our candidates win in November, we need your help!

Last Saturday, we had a fantastic turnout with over 25 volunteers helping us to quickly canvass the neighborhood.  Many hands make light work and we covered most all of the Charter Oak School area last Saturday (see photo below).

This Saturday, we are meeting at 9am in the parking lot of Wolcott Park.  PLEASE NOTE:  There are two parking lots for Wolcott Park.  One lot entrance is off of Chatfield Drive, the other is off of Wolcott Road.  Please meet us in the parking lot of Wolcott Park that is located on Wolcott Road in West Hartford at 9am.  We will be covering the Wolcott School area as well as the "Astronaut Village" section of West Hartford across from the West Farms Mall.

I will have coffee, and juice/cider, as well as doughnuts to give us energy for the morning.

We will match everyone in groups of 2 or 3 and we will provide you a list of streets, as well as candidate marketing materials.  All you need to do is stop at each house on your street list and leave door hanging "palm cards" on the door for our candidates.  We only ask for about 1 - 2 hours of your time.

This is really easy and it's a ton of fun (not to mention a good way to exercise and get your steps in)!  This is one of the most important ways for us to connect with voters in West Hartford.

Will you please email me at chair@whgop.org to let me know that you will join us?  I need to get a head count so I make sure I have enough food and beverages for the morning before we start our canvassing.
