A Note From Our CEO: 

A mentor of mine ran and sold the biggest insurance company in TN for a long time before having a great exit. Something he said that stuck with me:

"Sometimes you do everything right and things don't work out. Other times, the stars align and there is nothing you can do to screw it up. If you stay in the game, you will have a lot of both. So, the biggest thing is staying in the game."
 

Maybe there were deals you lost this year after doing everything right. Maybe there were deals you won after doing everything wrong.

Regardless of how the year ended up, here are some resources to support you in hitting the ground running in 2026.
