I hope this finds everyone enjoying the summer months and time with family and friends. ABVP’s volunteer terms match our fiscal calendar of July 1st to June 30th and we have a few people whose terms of service to our organization have ended that I would like to take the opportunity to thank. Rob Coke, Craig Datz, Mike Dutton and Brita Kiffney have been incredible assets to the organization over the years. Craig has served as Interim Treasurer, Mike as Exam Committee Chair, Rob as Reptile/Amphibian Regent and Brita as Outreach Committee Chair. The good news is Brita and Craig will still be serving in other roles, but I want to personally thank everyone for their service to ABVP. I am always amazed by the diversity of views ABVP brings to our processes and I never take for granted the time and effort our volunteers put forth to help keep the wheels turning. On other fronts, an email should be in your inbox about dues renewal and the bylaws update will be forthcoming as well. We have been in the process of legal review of the changes and you should be receiving the final product soon for your approval.
