COVID-19 Testing Results
Niagara Region Public Health (NRPH) will join many/most other health units, and be unable to respond to callers on our COVID-19 Information Line that are asking for COVID-19 laboratory results
NRPH continues to receive many calls each day asking for results, so with this change, health care providers may get more calls from patients asking for their
results
We will continue to contact every person that has a positive COVID-19 test result
Please continue to notify your patients of their positive or negative results
How health care providers can retrieve patient lab results
We understand some health care providers do not have access to Clinical Connect or OLIS.
Niagara Health has shared the following:
- Clinical Connect – privileges are not required
- Register under the under the “Sole Practitioner’s Agreement” at Clinicalconnect.ca under the heading “Becoming a participant”
- OLIS - signup can
take quite a while
- If you need access, please start the sign up process for Clinical Connect in the interim, and reach out to Sime.Pavlovic@niagarahealth.on.ca with Niagara Health for more information. We are trying to investigate if OLIS signup can be expedited.
