One way traffic management system south of SH1/Weedons Ross Road intersection

Starting in the next few weeks until around March next year, we'll be working on Weedons Ross Road (south of the state highway), the link road and West Melton Road. This will require a one way traffic management system - see the map below - during this time.

We'll be working to install new stormwater and watermain pipes, underground piping for the stockwater race, new utility services, and construct new kerbs, footpaths and road.

We’re sorry for any disruption and thank you for your patience.

Traffic impacts

Traffic will travel in a clockwise direction, heading south down Weedons Ross Road, west along the new link road and north up West Melton Road.

Please follow the detour signs. Our friendly staff on site can also assist with any queries. Footpath access around our work site will be maintained. A 30kph speed limit will be in place so we can keep our workers and everyone safe.

There may be times when the one way traffic management system on Weedons Ross Road can be removed and two way traffic can temporarily resume, so please watch out for changes in traffic management.

Driveway access

Access to properties will be maintained. However, we may need to work in front of driveways from time to time.

We will try to give you plenty of notice of this. However, if you need to get into or out of your property and we are in the way, please just talk to one of our friendly staff and we will make sure you can use your driveway.
