Due to the volatile nature of the energy market, our energy brokers Monarch have advised that a long-term contract of 3 years is the best way to help protect you from current fluctuations in energy prices. They have also advised that to get the best price for energy we must act quickly as suppliers are continuing to offer prices and then withdraw them at short notice. To allow us to get the best deal for you as quickly as possible without having to go through our normal consultation process which can take up to 3 months, we’re looking to make an application for dispensation to remove the need for consultation on this occasion, under the provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
