Texas Charter School Development (TCSD) is expanding to San Antonio, Texas. This marks our entry into a new region, offering a comprehensive facility solution for emerging charter schools in the San Antonio/Austin area. We are the only facility development non-profit organization in Texas that can provide strategic facilities planning, project management, and access to capital for charter schools, all under one roof. I am pleased to announce that Juan M. Medina has joined us as the Senior Project Manager, San Antonio. Juan will collaborate closely with me, James Heugas, and the rest of the TCSD team to drive our mission of establishing sustainable facilities solutions, addressing systemic inequality, and broadening educational opportunities in under-resourced communities. We look forward to the impactful work ahead. Warmly, John Sun ![]() Meet Juan M. Medina, Senior Project Manager, San AntonioJuan M.
