BELONG Ministries is seeking individuals or families willing to forge a lasting connection with university students. You can invest as much or as little time as you're comfortable with, but the goal is to connect with the student in meaningful ways. Whatever time you give to a student will be rewarding! Andrews Academy invites you to Alumni Weekend! Come and reunite with your AA family. Remember the defining moments of your past and reconnect with old friends. We look forward to seeing all of you once again at our Alumni Reunion! (All are invited, this year’s honored classes end in 4 and 9). Friday 7:00 PM, Vespers - s’mores to follow; Saturday 10:00 AM, Sabbath School & Roll Call;11:30 AM - Alumni Worship Convocation followed by honor class photographs & haystack lunch provided - Shydepoke 8:00 PM at AU Andreasen Center (basketball).

 
 
 

Pioneer Safety Training

Youth Chapel

All Pioneer volunteers in ministry are requested to attend Safety Training on Sabbath, October 19, 3:00-6:00 PM in the Youth Chapel. This will include team drills for emergency preparedness. Thank you for planning to participate.

 
 
 

RMES Bike-a-thon/Walk-a-thon

October 20

The RMES Home & School Team is hosting a bike-a-thon / walk-a-thon fundraiser for Ruth Murdoch Elementary School on Sunday, October 20, 2024. 90% of the proceeds will go towards much-needed capital improvements such as the carpet upgrade project and 10% will be used for future Home & School events. We pray this year’s fundraiser will exceed the $11,000 raised last year. Some students at RMES may not know many people in our community and will be looking for sponsors. If you are willing to sponsor one or more students, or if you would like to commit to a general donation for this event, please text “BIKE” to 269-281-2345 by today, October 16, 2024. Help Pack 8,000 Bags for
Christmas Behind Bars

October 27  •  8:00 AM–2:00 PM
Johnson Gym, Andrews University

Please join Pioneer Memorial Church, the Center for Faith Engagement, and many other groups to help assemble care packages for men and women who are behind bars. We don't often get the opportunity to respond to Jesus' invitation to serve those in prison. Families are welcome; Please fill out a separate registration for each person participating and select ALL the time slots for which you'll be present. We also need a good crew to help with the clean-up at the end. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. Bring a happy spirit and a heart ready to serve. "I was in prison and you visited me [with your care package]." -Matthew 25:36
