About the speakersJess Mitchell is a Global Employee Equity Consultant and Australasia Lead for top-tier law firm Tapestry Compliance. She qualified as a lawyer in Australia and the UK and has worked in employee equity for over 20 years, primarily specialising in helping clients achieve sustainable legal and tax compliance for their plans around the world. Jess is currently Co-Chair of the EOA Board of Directors and a member of the EOA Experts Panel. Marie-Louise Czech is a Reward Lead and HR professional with over 25 years of experience working with global companies administering employee share plans, reward programs and employee benefits. As a longstanding member of EOA and the EOA Board of Directors, Marie-Louise contributes to the work carried out to educate, inform on issues and promote best practices in employee share plan management.
