Asset Management Data Standard (AMDS) development update

We have now released the provisional versions of the following asset classes:

• AMDS Asset – Biodiversity Buffer Area
• AMDS Asset – Roadside Biodiversity Value
• AMDS Asset – Species or Feature of Note
• AMDS Asset – Wildlife Zone
• AMDS Asset – GeoTech
• AMDS Asset - Railing, Fence and Wall
• AMDS Asset – Network Group

We have stabilised the following assets:

• AMDS Asset - Barrier and Crash Cushion - 1.2
• AMDS Asset - Bridges - 1.1
• AMDS Asset - Non-electronic Sign - 1.1
• AMDS Asset - Pole and Outreach - 1.2
• AMDS Asset - Surface, Pavement and Subgrade - 1.2
• AMDS Asset - Traffic Island, Road Hump and Delineator - 1.2
• AMDS Asset - Luminaires - 1.1
• AMDS Asset - Drainage System – Chamber – 1.0
• AMDS Asset - Drainage System - Channel  – 1.0
• AMDS Asset - Drainage System – Headwall  – 1.0
• AMDS Asset - Drainage System – Pipe  – 1.0
• AMDS Asset - Drainage System – Valve  – 1.0

Asset Management lifecycle development

AMDS is being developed to support the asset management lifecycle to enable the monitoring of trends, impacts, service performance and asset condition.

AMDS May 2022 webinars

We recently held the AMDS sector wide webinars where we provided an overview of our key focus areas, updates on implementation planning in tranche 1 and 2, and a deep dive into implementation activities.
