Good afternoon,

Thank you for joining us as an official NRB 2022 exhibitor. We're looking forward to seeing you in March! This will be our first monthly newsletter for exhibitors. It's packed with some crucial information as you prepare to join us in Nashville.

Recently, we announced plans to expand the exhibit floor as even more organizations confirmed their plans to join us in March! You can see the latest floorplan by clicking here.

As you plan to join us at the Gaylord Opryland, here are a few important resources for you to review:

  • If you haven't uploaded your information to the NRB 2022 Exhibitor Directory, please do that as soon as possible. You should have received an email with a link and password to log into the directory and upload or edit your information. If you have any questions, please contact Chuck Smith at csmith@nrb.org. You will not receive this email until your 50% deposit has been received for your booth. For invoice questions please email Carlton Capps at ccapps@nrb.org
  • Please take a few moments to review the NRB 2022 Exhibitor Information page. On this page, you'll find valuable information and links such as:
    • Show Schedule — This page includes important set up times.
    • GES Exhibitor Services Kit — Please log in as soon as possible to review details on shipping, freight handling, etc. and to also order items for your booth such as tables, chairs, carpet, etc.
    • GES Exhibitor Instructions — Take a minute to watch some of these fantastic tutorials about how to plan for your booth, how to order items needed, rules for freight handling, etc.
    • Gaylord Opryland Online Ordering System “Boomer” — This page will provide details on how to order electrical, internet, etc. from the hotel for your booth.
    • NRB Exhibitor Information — Be sure to review these links to make certain you are familiar with the rules associated with booth set up, union labor, etc.
    • Quick access to order forms — For easy access, we’ve provided direct links to some of the most common forms.
  • Learning Arena — As an exhibitor, you will be able to reserve one time slot to lead a 20 minute session to educate convention participants about your service, ministry, product, etc. This is offered to you at no charge and is a benefit of exhibiting during NRB 2022. This area is designed to foster true interaction between exhibiting companies and convention participants to share and connect. Sessions should showcase relevant education and training. Availability is limited!

    The Learning Arena will be set up with a riser, standing lectern, lectern microphone, large monitor, and approximately 40 chairs for seating. There will also be standing room around the area. It is your responsibility to promote the session and invite people to attend. Please contact Chuck Smith at csmith@nrb.org with questions.
     
  • Autograph Booths — Publishers can schedule signings for up to three Authors. Each Author may only have one signing. NRB will select your autograph booth location, evenly distributing book signings throughout the Exhibit Hall. Please review the exhibit rules before hosting your own autograph signings at your booth. Requests received after January 14, 2022 risk the signing not appearing in the the Official Convention Program Book. Please forward one copy of the book(s) for NRB review to:

  • Prize Drawings — Exhibitors are allowed to offer prize drawings. This is a great way to increase traffic to your booth since convention attendees must to register for your prize. They will place their business card or NRB supplied prize drawing form in a receptacle that you will provide. You will conduct the drawing in your exhibit booth Wednesday at 3:00 p.m., Thursday at 3:00 p.m., and Friday at 2:00 p.m. The winner does not need to be present to win (unless otherwise specified). You will post the winner’s name in your booth on an NRB supplied sign within an hour of the drawing.

    Attendees will be notified that prizes are to be claimed before the conclusion of the Exposition. If the prize is not claimed, you can either ship it to the winner or retain the prize. The better the prize you offer, the greater the traffic to your booth. Each single item must have a minimum value of $100.00. For your item(s) to be listed in the Official Convention Program Book, the information must be submitted no later than January 14, 2022. You are not required to offer prizes.
