Deferred Winter Term Examinations

Full winter, late winter and fall/winter deferred final examinations will be held from Friday, May 19 to Wednesday, May 31, 2023. We wish you the best of luck on your exams! Fall/Winter 2023-2024 Class Schedule

It’s almost time to register for the 2023-2024 academic year! The fall/winter 2023-2024 class schedule and registration course planning tool will be available in Carleton Central (accessed by logging into Carleton360) on Thursday, May 25, 2023. Registration begins on Friday, July 7, 2023 for returning students. Your exact time-ticket will be available on Carleton Central approximately one week preceding the registration time period. Registration will remain open until the posted deadline.

Student Registration Assistance Team

Need help registering for courses? The Student Registration Assistance (SRA) team is available from Thursday, May 25 to Tuesday, September 19, 2023. The SRA team can help you build a conflict free timetable, navigate Carleton Central and provide general registration assistance. You can visit the SRA team at the Registrar’s Office on the third floor of Tory Building, or contact the team via phone at 613-520-3500 or email at registrar@carleton.ca. REMINDER: SAT Grade Designation Deadlines

Please note that SAT grade designation requests for students that have applied to graduate in spring 2023 are due by Friday, May 19, 2023. Requests for all other undergraduate or special students are due by Monday, May 29, 2023.

Are you interested in pursuing graduate studies? The prestigious Rhodes Scholarship offers more than 100 fully-funded Scholarships each year for full-time graduate studies at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom. An information webinar hosted by the Rhodes House is coming up on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, and will present you the opportunity to learn more about the Scholarship, what it covers and how to apply. Volunteer Opportunity — Let's Talk Science!

Let’s Talk Science at Carleton University is recruiting volunteers to help with an activity organized for local Black high school students via the Black Youth in STEM program. The youth will visit Carleton for a day of fun, hands-on activities and networking with Black students and professionals in STEM. Volunteers will help students with activities, guide them throughout campus and provide support on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided to all volunteers and there is an option to only volunteer during the morning of the event. Health Clinic Reopened

Health and Counselling Services reopens today, Monday, May 15, 2023, with a new Collaborative Health Record system. The new system will allow you to receive reminders, request appointment changes, complete forms and securely communicate with the clinic using an app. Visit the Health and Counselling website to learn more.
