Intended programme: week commencing 28 April 2024
People travelling between Baypark and Bayfair will continue to see several overnight road and lane closures, and associated detours in the new year.
On Sunday 28 April and Monday 29 April, overnight road closures (from approximately 7pm to 6am the following morning) will apply on Truman Lane westbound (between Baypark and the SH29A roundabout) and on SH2 in both directions (between SH2/SH29A Te Maunga interchange and the Bayfair flyover). Overnight lane closures will also apply across the Bay Link site from Tuesday 30 April to Thursday 2 May (from approximately 7pm to 6am the following morning).
Closures and detours will vary night to night, depending on site requirements and progress, and people are asked to allow extra time, follow signposted detours and drive with caution through the project site. To minimise impact, works are undertaken at night where possible.
