1998
- President—John Miller, Western Roofing Service a Tecta America company, San Leandro, Calif.
- $495,733 in project funding was approved for a media/image communications campaign; developing the Most Valuable Player Awards Program; and establishing the National Roofing Training Institute in the McAllen-Mission, Texas, area and Specialty Construction Academic Consortium
1999
- President—John Gooding, GSM Roofing, Ephrata, Pa.
- A total of $226,000 in scholarships was awarded to 63 students since the scholarship program’s inception
2000
