The Yale School of Management is offering a practicum course January – March 2022, in which teams of Yale students will partner with for-profit and nonprofit social enterprises in Kenya to address a specific management challenge that the organization is facing. We are seeking applications from potential partners engaged in economic development, sustainable energy, technology, education, healthcare, impact investing, and other fields. We are looking for projects in which the student teams can add value to their Kenya partners, such as: researching and analyzing best practices of organizations engaged in similar work; development of a financial model to help project long-term viability; strategic analysis of options for scaling operations.
