Upcoming layout changes - Main South Road, Hoskyns Road, Berketts Road and Weedons Interchange

From Monday 27 January, a series of staged layout changes will begin on Main South Road (SH1), Hoskyns Road, Berketts Road and Weedons Road. 

The work will create diversions and delays so it's important to allow more time for your journey.

The work will take approximately six weeks to complete and include:

• Hoskyns Road temporarily becoming 'left in and left out' only at Main South Road. Traffic is encouraged to use the Weedons Interchange in the meantime

• Main South Road traffic between Rolleston and Robinsons Road will be shifted between the southbound and northbound lanes

• The southbound off-ramp at the Weedons Interchange will open, providing full access to and from Weedons Road and Weedons Ross Road, while allowing Main South Road to remain free-flowing

• Weedons Interchange, Weedons Road, Levi Road, Weedons Ross Road and Jones Road will all be open to full traffic movements

• Berketts Road will partially re-open to left turns in only from Main South Road (southbound traffic only).

Please follow all on-site signage and drive to the conditions. Traffic management and temporary speed limits will be in place.
