Principal's Message Dear Families, Vaccinations - A reminder that all parents and visitors who enter the school or attend school events (that may be held off the school site) must be double vaccinated and be able to show proof. School Advisory Council Meeting - A reminder that the School Advisory Council will meet tonight at 6.00pm in Harry’s Bar at the Seven Creeks Hotel. Mask Wearing - A HUGE thank you to all families for supporting their child wearing a mask whilst they are at school. The students have accepted this new responsibility really well. Hot Dog and Zooper Dooper Day - This Friday the Year 6 Leadership group will be holding a special Hot Dog and Zooper Dooper lunch for all students. The lunch will cost $4.00 and this can be paid for via CDF pay or by bringing money to school in a clearly named envelope. Accounts - Statements will be emailed out this week. Thank you to the families who have settled their accounts. Most Direct Debits are due to be finalised in the next few weeks also. Andrea will stop these accordingly. Ipads - Next week Miss King will begin getting the current iPads ready for return to the leasing company. This will mean that beginning next Monday, senior students will not be able to take their iPads home each night. Please make sure that your child returns their iPad, iPencil and charger to school. Any unreturned items will have to be paid for. Departures - If your child is not returning to St John’s next year, could you please let Andrea know as soon as possible. We have waiting lists for a number of year levels that we would like to attend to. All Saints Day is a rich and beautiful tradition within the Church, it honours those who have died, it reminds us that we are part of a wider communion of holy people.
