This includes adding "ATTN: " or a suite number--any change at all from what is pre-populated when you enter a Ship To account number. If an address change/addition is required, please reach out to the Seasonal Readiness team for help setting up a new Ship To account at seasonalreadinessexecution@nike.com. Any change to the Delivery address of a Direct Ship Sales Order does not get caught in Case Management or Error Handler and results in the order being shipped to a Nike DC--and not to the customer--without extreme manual intervention by the PO Management and Transportation teams. NA MSC TEAM HUDDLE For those who missed the NA MSC Team Huddle on Friday, May 16, please checkout the MSC Huddle Presentation and talk to your teammates to get caught up. The purpose of the meeting was to provide a perspective on US news such as policies impacting MSC and updates from Elliot on leadership changes. US MACRO TRENDS: The volatility with tariffs is impacting Nike's financials. We have plans to mitigate this, and we will see the results of these measures in the next few months. Hiring will slow down in the coming months compared to the period between January and April this year. We are confident to continue with backfilling open roles, just know the process will take longer. NIKE WIN NOW PLAN: The five actions outlined in the plan to energize employees, consumers through product and storytelling, and marketplace partners will continue. We'll have to wait through Q1 of FY26 (June '25 to August '25) to see how Elliot's leadership message will affect the Nike brand's segmentation and operations. FOR MSC: As we manage macro factors and gain momentum with Nike Inc's plans, look forward to engagement survey results next week. Managers will learn more about annual pay reviews in June. We have JDI day in June and we'll set overall goals for FY26 by July/August '25. ![]() CONSUMER CODE CALENDAR Be sure to checkout the NA MSC Consumer Code page on the MSC Portal!
