Summersalt presents Ocean Alley Australian alternative psychedelic rock band, Ocean Alley, performed at Point Malcolm Reserve in Semaphore Park earlier this month. This event was sponsored by the City of Charles Sturt. Arts & Culture Grant Mural Have you seen the completed mural, by artist Nicky Create, on the corner of Park Terrace and Hawker Street in Ovingham? This eye-catching mural was funded by an Arts and Culture Program Grant. Creating a thriving Western Adelaide is dependent on a resilient business community. Grants are a great way to fund your projects but they open, close and change regularly. Stay up to date by signing up to Grant Guru, our grant finding service so you don't miss out on future funding. Manufacturing Grant Opportunity Eight small to medium-sized businesses delivering priority capabilities for defence will be boosted by grants totalling $3.47 million from the Australian Federal Government. The Defence Industry Development Grant program is expected to be launched in June 2024. We will share more information when available. Read more below. Small Business Week The South Australian Government will be presenting Small Business Week 2024, a week of events, workshops and information sessions to help you strengthen and grow your small business. If you run or work in one of South Australia's 150,000 small businesses, you're invited to participate in variety of in-person and online events across the state, designed to support your growth and development. Small Business Sustainability Support Program The Small Business Sustainability Support Program has been designed to help you develop strategies to improve your environmental sustainability, and to build the skills and capability to implement sustainable business practices.
