It has been one mammoth week for all of you and I really wish to thank you all sincerely for your support and compassion in assisting the residents and staff from Cordelia Grove. From Monday 7th February, staff from Cordelia Grove will be allocated for the fortnight to a local Calvary site. This allocation will provide advice for the whole fortnight, create continuity of work allocation for Cordelia Grove staff and continuity of care for all residents. Fiona Hann has been working very hard to communicate allocations for this time period. We will see this process running for a few weeks yet and the HR team are also working hard to recruit for all sites to support you all. Please continue to contact the relevant site if any issues regarding with your shift arise and they will update Mary Foxall. Please continue to be kind to each other and integrate to work as a team at each site for the best outcomes. If you have any concerns, please contact Mary Foxall or myself. Again, thank you to the amazing people you are, you are truly appreciated.
