Please get in touch if you'd like any more information about our plans by emailing communications@paradigmhousing.co.uk Our A+ credit rating has been confirmedStandard & Poor’s, a specialist independent provider of credit ratings, has confirmed our long term credit issuer rating as A+. This also confirms the same rating assigned by S&P to our £350m bond in May 2021. This assessment is based on S&P’s view that our conservative and consistent strategy and experienced management will continue to deliver strong operating and financial performance. This indicates the underlying credit strength attributed to Paradigm, in addition to the assurance government policy and regulatory support to Registered Providers offers lenders to the sector generally. Executive Director of Finance Nicola Ewen says: “We are pleased that S&P have reaffirmed our A+ stable rating. Our strong operating and financial performance is supported by very strong liquidity, governance and management.” Building partnerships, building communities![]() We own or manage over 16,000 homes, mainly in Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and eastern Oxfordshire. We have an important role to help provide housing and transform lives in our communities and have over 1,700 homes in development, primarily for affordable tenures. Our plan is to build another 2,250 new homes over the next five years. To do this, we look for strong, long-term relationships with partners who share our vision for creating high quality, environmentally-sound places to live. Find out more in our new development brochure, ‘Building partnerships, building communities’ here. The brochure gives a profile of who we are, what we do, where we work, what we are looking for in terms of development opportunities and showcases some of the schemes we are most proud of. Our recent developments![]() Oak Farm All the homes will be installed with eco-friendly air source heat pumps and are being delivered for affordable rent and shared ownership. A proportion of the new properties are being constructed to meet wheelchair adaptable Lifetime Home Standards. Welcoming new customers from One Housing GroupEarlier this year, we welcomed customers in more than 300 homes in Slough and St Albans, following an acquisition from One Housing Group. “Our five-year Corporate Plan sets out our ambition to be larger and more local – that is, we want to own and manage more homes while working in fewer areas” says Paradigm’s Chief Executive Matthew Bailes. “This will allow us to deliver better and more efficient services to our customers and help us perform better as a business. It will be easier and more cost-effective for us to build really strong partnerships with local organisations which can help us support more vulnerable customers and reduce the time we spend travelling between repair jobs.” |
