Drug Discovery and Development Workshop on July 11th! On Campus! Pfizer is partnering with Philadelphia College of Pharmacy to offer the 3D Drug Discovery and Development Workshop on Tuesday July 11th from 10 AM to 3 PM. The Event will be held in IPEX 307 and lunch will be provided. Information on the workshop is here. Space is limited! Application is due June 23rd at 8 AM. P4's who wish to attend can go ahead and apply but then also need to contact Dr. Greene for approval. Apply HERE. Everyone will be notified of their application status by June 27th. 5/29

Pharmacy student openings at Giant Pharmacy 6442 in Havertown! Students usually work just one afternoon/evening shift per week and rotate in some weekend shifts during school year. It's Open Application Period for 2023 USPHS JRCOSTEP and SRCOSTEP Programs! COSTEPs are highly competitive, active-duty uniformed service programs for full-time students pursuing their qualifying degrees. Junior COSTEPs serve on active duty for 31-120 days during school breaks. Within three months after the date of completion of the JRCOSTEP assignment, applicants must be scheduled to return to college or university as a full-time student; or enter a postgraduate degree program. Application acceptance period is June 1 – July 31, 2023. Senior COSTEPs serve on active duty while attending their final year of academic study and incur a service obligation equal to twice the time sponsored upon graduation.
