Member Spotlight: Jules Wilhelm, CEO of EQ-Niversity and recent Owner-2-CEO graduate, will present as our Member Spotlight. EQ-Niversity is an innovative professional development company that helps organizations build emotional intelligence skills through immersive training and coaching programs. Her company addresses both employee retention challenges and workplace culture concerns by reducing turnover and improving leadership effectiveness.
Member Resource: Demetri Koroyanis and Kristin Ceiling of Synegen will present as ID's Member Resource. As one of ID's investment partners, Synegen brings their expertise as a Chicago-based technology consulting firm that takes a thoughtful, client-first approach to enterprise solutions. Their team focuses on understanding business objectives before recommending technology paths, working with organizations to create tailored strategies that drive real business value.
