We are preparing to rollout new producer facing functionality on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) service throughout May and June, aimed at supporting producers’ compliance with the new Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging and Packaging Waste) Regulations 2024. This will be delivered through a series of phased releases, which will aim to introduce new features, including to: 

• view producer recycling obligations  
• allow producers and compliance schemes to notify regulators of a mid-year change to their corporate structure   
• allow the payment of late registration and "Placed on the market" (POM) resubmission fees through the RPD   
• identify producers and compliance schemes on the online Public Registers (following registration).
