Cold Days, Warm Offices
As temperatures get colder, we know it is tempting to turn up the thermostats. A constant temperature schedule is important for the HVAC units to keep operating efficiently and the best way to save energy. All HVAC systems have been inspected and filters were replaced to ensure the utmost reliability during the heating season. Please reach out to our office with any heating or thermostat concerns. Say Yes to the Dress for Winter
As we head into the winter months, please consider wearing boots with tread on the sidewalks and in the parking lots. If you encounter a slippery spot, please feel free to use the salt buckets left outside of every entrance and please notify us immediately. Follow the link below for some fun fashion tips on how to dress for the office this season!
Don’t Crowd the Plow
It’s time to get ready for the snow and ice by removing items from the parking lots that might impede snow removal including but not limited to vehicles, trailers, equipment, materials, trash, and pallets. It is especially important to keep the lots clear overnight and on the weekends. The snow plows need to be able to easily navigate the drive lanes, parking stalls and back doors to be able to clear the lots properly. We appreciate your cooperation so the hard-working snow plow vendors can do their jobs quickly and without added expense to the association. If you have any questions or concerns about the plowing, please contact us right away.
