Together, we're making waves as our Block program continues to expand, constructing Block Schools in Lombok, Indonesia, using recycled plastic waste. Our First Block School with our New Implementing Partner
We've teamed up with the amazing folks at Happy Heart Indonesia for our Block Schools program. This partnership fills us with pride and fuels our shared passion for education and sustainability. Together, we're on a mission to create sustainable schools that leave a lasting impact. 🌍📚
We are excited to introduce our newest Block School, the first of many with Happy Hearts Indonesia. This school has made a remarkable impact, removing a substantial 6.2 tonnes of plastic waste from the environment and reducing 36.3 tonnes of carbon emissions. But that's not all! We've impacted the lives of 223 extraordinary students in the process.
SDN 5 Gondang
Four fully furnished classrooms were built at SDN 5 Gondang. Four new Block Toilets have also been built at the school to improve sanitation standards.
