Nominations for the 2026 Western Award of Excellence are open until Oct. 30. This award is the highest level of recognition for staff members and teams who exhibit dedication, talent, innovation and initiative.
Weather siren testing
Live testing of Western’s emergency weather siren will take place Sept. 2 at noon. Unless otherwise notified, this is only a test. No action is required. Testing occurs the first Wednesday of every month.
