Boost to French market opportunities for PAX after successful CB FRv6 certification

PAX has already been successfully deploying new generation Android SmartPOS solutions to payment service providers in France. That success is now bound to increase thanks to recent certification granted by the Groupement des Cartes Bancaires (GIE CB), France’s national interbank network association, for their standalone payment application conforming to the latest FRv6.2.1 specifications. This will allow the larger French merchant service providers to now deploy PAX solutions conforming to all of their requirements.

PAX set to dramatically broaden Android product portfolio

The Group's first mover advantage in the Android SmartPOS solutions sector will be strengthened further when PAX introduces at least 15 new product models at a channel partner conference on 6^th March in Bali, Indonesia.

For over two decades, it had been commonplace for other leading international terminal manufacturers to launch perhaps just one or two new products a year, so this PAX announcement is set to further disrupt - positively - the choice of state-of-the-art payment terminal solutions provided by merchant service providers who source from PAX. The Group offers a sneak peak of seven of these at the EuroShop show in Dusseldorf, Germany, between 26^th February and 2^nd March.

Cinemas in Thailand enhance cashless ticketing

SF Group, a leading cinema & entertainment venue operator in Thailand, has selected Digio Thailand, a payment facilitator & solutions technology integrator, to deploy PAX Android SmartPOS A80 to enhance cashless ticketing at self-service kiosks.
