IT'S A JAM-PACKED JULY IN BURNLEYFrom an exciting parade and fast movie experiences to a music festival and artisan market - Burnley is packed with things to do this July...The Duke of Lancaster's Regiment Parade is coming to BurnleyMark your calendars for Tuesday 8th July as Burnley proudly welcomes The Duke of Lancaster's Regiment for a parade through the town. This special event celebrates the Regiments freedom of the borough, a historic honour that highlights Burnley's deep connection to our local soldiers and their incredible service. The parade begins at 12pm from St Peter's Church and will make its way through the town centre, finishing at Turf Moor.

KungFu Opens in BurnleyWe're excited to welcome KungFu to Burnley's vibrant food scene! Located at 24 - 26 St. James's Street, this brand new Chinese Food & Bubble Tea Bar is now open and ready to serve. Owned by experienced restauranteurs May and Kai Wang, KungFu brings a mouthwatering menu of favourites including Sweet Chilli Chicken, Chicken Chow Main and Salt & Pepper Beef, alongside indulgent treats like Bubble Waffles, Ice Cream Sundaes and a full range of Bubble Teas. Celebrate Spot's Birthday at Burnley Mechanics Theatre 🐶Join Spot the Dog and his loveable friends for a fun-filled, interactive birthday party show on Sunday 27th July, perfect for ages 2+. With sing-along songs, dancing and party games, this joyful theatre experience brings the classic, Happy Birthday Spot by Eric Hill to life. Show times are at 2pm and 4pm with tickets starting at £14. Something Big is Coming to Burnley... 🦖The Jurassic Village adventure golf course at Prairie Sports Village is set to open later this year, with works starting on this exciting new attraction in mid-July. The adventure course will have a ‘Jurassic/dinosaur’ theme and will feature model dinosaurs - some as tall as 4m - a volcano, sculptures, a water feature, and an artificial rock entrance. It will replace the existing 9-hole mini golf course and short game area.
