Lindsay Frantz
Customer Fulfillment Supervisor
Since joining Vigon in 2019, Lindsay has steadily advanced in her role on our Customer Service Team, gaining expertise in export documentation and custom manufacturing orders. As Customer Fulfillment Supervisor, she’ll lead critical aspects of order fulfillment to ensure smooth operations.

Michael Zolnierczyk
Business Development Manager
Since 2023, Michael has supported growth through proactive account management and strong leadership. Now, as Business Development Manager, he’ll oversee key accounts, lead the Inside Sales Team, and advance our business development strategy.

Nick Bourne
Senior Account Manager
Over the past six years, Nick has built strong customer relationships and driven success across Canadian and Mid-Atlantic accounts. In his new role as Senior Account Manager, he’ll expand his focus to additional key accounts and new territories.

Matt Hurd
Commercial Project Manager
Matt started here in Planning in 2019, before moving to Sales. In his new role, he’ll manage toll processing accounts, provide technical sales support, and identify new business opportunities. Matt will play a critical role in expanding Vigon’s custom manufacturing capabilities and strengthening customer relationships.

A career to remember

Recently, we bid a fond farewell to Jim Ward, our Senior Maintenance Advisor, who retired after 36 years of dedicated service. Jim began his journey with Vigon in the late 1980s and holds the distinction of being our longest-serving team member.

The Ward family has been a vital part of Vigon’s story. Jim’s wife, Danna, recently retired after a similarly impressive tenure, and their son, Justin, spent over 13 years on our maintenance team.

Dave Siedt, Facilities Engineer, summed it up perfectly: “Jim’s influence is all around us, in every building, every renovation, and every story.”

We wish Jim, Danna, and the entire Ward family all the best in their next adventures!
