I'm pleased to report that Fyfe has had a busy start to the year, with teams across Australia handling several large-scale projects. In Queensland, Fyfe’s surveyors are working on the next six stages for the Beaumoor land development project at Beaudesert, south of Brisbane. Keeping pace, our South Australia planning and infrastructure teams are continuing to deliver new residential developments across Mount Barker and Murray Bridge. In Victoria, our teams are undertaking site civil works for new residential developments at Surrey Hills and Kensington in Melbourne. Our property work ensures the delivery of new and much-needed homes in urban and rural Australia. With the Australian property market surpassing $10 trillion, Fyfe's cadastral experts are busy ensuring boundaries are accurate and titles are trustworthy. In engineering, our South Australia team is designing a gasifier to process up to 60,000 tonnes of waste annually. Gasification converts waste materials into syngas, which can be separated into high-quality hydrogen. Bridging the border between South Australia and Queensland, our work in pipeline engineering in the Cooper Basin continues. On the East Coast, Fyfe engineers are crafting detailed designs for a 26-kilometre DN450 carbon-steel pipeline. Finally, in the Northern Territory, we're providing surveying services to the Darwin Ship Lift. The facility, capable of hoisting 5,500-tonne vessels, will service the private, commercial, and defence industries, enhancing major regional infrastructure. We're also surveying the new Tiger Brennan overpass, another project we're proud to contribute to. I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and interest in our work. Gary Spence Fyfe is partnering with the Hallett Group on its Green Cement Transformation project. We're utilising advanced 3D modelling and visualisations with the aim of slashing carbon emissions in Australia by 300,000 tonnes per year. Our team is delivering essential survey services to ensure the success of phase 2 of the Berrimah Road overpass project, designed to boost road safety, alleviate peak-hour congestion, and enhance access to Darwin's East Arm Wharf area. The Fyfe team recently stepped up to the challenge and demonstrated our versatility by devising a technical firefighting solution that not only saved costs, but also ensured our client's site remained compliant and operational. The use of Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) has become a game-changer for gathering detailed geospatial information. These aerial surveys are now critical, offering a pathway to acquire data from difficult and sometimes hazardous locations, while ensuring efficient, reliable, and safe operations. Fyfe’s work in onshore gas gathering networks spans over 2,500 onshore wells across 14 basins, including in Perth, and the Surat, Bowen, and Cooper Basins. Fyfe's expertise is essential in accurately defining property boundaries, especially as Australia's property market exceeds $10 trillion. |
