Public information sessions

The NZ Transport Agency invites you to attend public information sessions for Te Ahu a Turanga: Manawatū Tararua Highway project. These will be drop-in sessions, running for 3.5 hours each.

We will have one session each in Palmerston North, Dannevirke, Woodville, Feilding, Pahīatua and Ashhurst to provide a project update, including a new animated video flyover, new maps and information on our Notice of Requirement which was today lodged with the Manawatū District, Palmerston North City and Tararua District Councils.

The sessions will be held at:

Palmerston North Convention Centre
Tuesday, 6 November
4pm to 7.30pm

Dannevirke Sports Centre (Supper Room)
Wednesday, 7 November
4pm to 7.30pm

Woodville Supper Room
Thursday, 8 November
4pm to 7.30pm

Feilding Civic Centre
Tuesday, 13 November
4pm to 7.30pm

Pahīatua Town Hall (Supper Room)
Wednesday, 14 November
4pm to 7.30pm

Ashhurst Village Valley Hall
Thursday, 15 November
4pm to 7.30pm

Note: at the Ashhurst session, we will also present the latest information on our package of mitigation measures to deal with Ashhurst traffic noise and safety issues.
