Dear Friends and Partners,
Summer is off to a strong start at Blueprint! We’re excited to announce a new grant from the KLE Foundation, which will support our work with schools like Cedars International Academy as we continue to expand access to high-quality charter school facilities across Austin and Central Texas.
We’re also proud to see El Sol Science Academy—one of our earlier partners in Orange County—highlighted by OC World. As we grow our presence in the region, El Sol stands as a strong example of the kind of mission-aligned work we aim to support.
In Los Angeles, we recently completed a facility project for Citizens of the World West Valley, which will support their growth into a full TK–8 campus and reflect their inclusive, learner-centered model.
This summer also marks our third year hosting high school interns in our Los Angeles office. We’re thrilled to welcome this year’s cohort as they learn, contribute, and gain experience in real estate development.
Plus, stay tuned—we’ll be sharing updates on several exciting facility project deliveries happening over the next few months!

New Grant from KLE Foundation Supports Austin/Central Texas Charter Growth (TX)
We’re excited to share that Blueprint has been awarded a grant from the KLE Foundation to support our work in Austin and Central Texas. Over the next two years, we’ll provide facilities planning, affordability analysis, project management, and investment to help charter schools in Austin/Central Texas grow sustainably.

Cedars International Academy (TX)
Blueprint is excited to announce a new partnership with Cedars International Academy in Austin, Texas. We are providing strategic, financial and management support to ensure the school finds a long-term facility solution that meets their program needs. This partnership is another example of how Blueprint works alongside schools to create spaces where students can thrive.
Citizens of the World West Valley (CA)
Citizens of the World (CWC) West Valley recently celebrated the grand opening of their beautiful new building — a project proudly managed and supported by Blueprint. The new space will support the school’s expansion into a full TK–8 campus and was designed to reflect CWC’s learner-centered approach and commitment to connection and inclusion.
El Sol Science & Arts Academy (CA)
El Sol Science & Arts Academy has long been a pioneer in Santa Ana, CA and we’re proud to have partnered with them on facilities in 2013 and again in 2018 to help bring their vision to life. As a dual-language, arts-integrated community school, El Sol continues to set a bold example of what’s possible when innovation and equity lead the way.

Our 2025 Summer Interns
We look forward to welcoming four interns to our LA office this summer from July 21-August 1. We will once again be collaborating with several of our longtime partners to provide our interns with a range of experiences and learnings about the real estate development field.
