Today's CalendarInternational Student Help TableHouston Hall, Main Lobby | 11am-3pm Just arrived on campus? Have all your questions answered here at the international student help table! ISSS Advisors and our PHINS will address any concerns regarding where to go and what to do. Immunization Requirements, Health Insurance Essentials, and Wellbeing Resources3935 Walnut St, 2nd Floor | 3pm-4pm Learn about immunization requirements, how to use health insurance in the U.S., and available support services and treatment options for your physical and mental health through Wellness at Penn. Wellness staff will also answer questions and help troubleshoot issues, including portal access. International & EAP/ IGSP Welcome Picnic for StudentsShoemaker Green | 5:30pm-7pm Rain Location: Fencing Gym Join Penn Global, ISSS, Penn Abroad, and the international Class of 2030 for an outdoor picnic! Free dinner and picnic blankets will be provided, and there will be outdoor activities to enjoy. Parents and students’ family members will attend the Family Welcome Reception, which will take place concurrently. International Penn Parents & Families Welcome ReceptionAnnenberg Center for the Performing Arts | 5:30pm-7:30pm The Welcome Reception provides the opportunity for New Undergraduate Students’ Parents and Families to meet fellow families and hear from University leadership. Penn students will attend the Welcome Picnic, which will take place concurrently. Late Night EatsMeyerson Hall B-1 | 8pm-10pm A relaxed evening of food and conversation! Students are invited to enjoy late-night snacks, meet new people, and connect with the Penn community in a casual and welcoming setting.

TAP Phase 2 will go live on Wednesday, August 19! Your in-person attendance at the mandatory NSO events are required during Phase 2. Failure to attend mandatory NSO events could result in a registration hold placed on your student record, and you'll be unable to register for your Spring 2027 courses. Dining Café Hours For Monday, August 17Dining café hours are serving meals for Penn students and families throughout the week of NSO. The schedule can be viewed on the Penn Dining website. The options for today are listed below.
