Star-Studded Spring continues!

The libraries’ October lineup is packed with big names and big stories: Chris Hammer on the 8th, Garry Disher on the 17th, William McInnes on the 25th and Jack Sim wrapping things up on the 30th with a spooky evening of thrills.

Looking ahead at November, we welcome Judy Nunn, Fiona McArthur, Heather Morris and more!

Wisdom, joy and connection: Seniors Month

October is Seniors Month on Redlands Coast, and libraries are joining the community to celebrate our older generation.

Special events include Buying and selling online on the 14th and African drum, sing and dance sessions on the 23rd.

Each week, kids aged 5 to 12 years engage in creative and innovative projects that enhance science, technology, engineering, arts and maths concepts in a fun way. October projects include mechanical hands, CD racers and build an alien.

Craft colourful paper floral gift toppers, make your own clay diffuser pendant with 3D-printed stamp designs (created in our Cleveland Library Makerspace) and stitch haunting embroidery into vintage photos for a perfect Halloween decoration - just a small taste of what’s on offer!
