Now that we've got a full five-day week for the first time in what feels like months, we thought we'd better send our May newsletter!

The Novello team recently attended the PSR Group annual awards ceremony at The Lowry Hotel in Manchester, where we were nominated for Best Team and our very own Caitlin won Employee of the Year!

I see first-hand how hard the team works to ensure you receive an exceptional service, so the recognition was very welcome and well deserved.

It’s also exciting to see a record-breaking number of nurses and ODPs registering to work with us on a weekly basis. Behind the scenes we're working hard to add new private hospitals and locations across the country, to give you more shifts at the rates you deserve.

By October we'll be an approved supplier to the NHS so we are actively encouraging all our current members to start referring a friend now. This means they will be compliant and can hit the ground running by the time we start supplying into every NHS Trust in England!

We also launch our amazing new app in the summer – I’ve had a sneak peek and trust me, you’re gonna frikkin' LOVE it!
