Share your views - consultation closes 8 June
The resident consultation for the proposed merger closes on 8 June We want to hear your views about this proposal and what you think the priorities should be for the new organisation, if it goes ahead. What does this mean for me?
Thank you to everyone who joined our recent webinars about the proposed merger. If you couldn’t make it on the day, don’t worry – the full recording is now available to watch online at a time that suits you. Improving how we handle complaintsJoin our new Complaints PanelWe’re launching a new group to improve how we handle complaints. You can take part in a way that suits you – online meetings or reviewing information in your own time. As a panel member, you’ll:
You’ll get a £5 voucher for each case you review, and a £20 voucher for joining quarterly online meetings. Dust off your camera and start snapping!
It’s time for our annual gardening competition, which means you could be in with a chance to win a £30 voucher! Whether you have a gorgeous back garden, a beautiful balcony or a wonderful window planter, we want to see how your gardens (or planters, or hedges, or veg patch!) are blooming. Enter now: Competition categories: 1. Best front garden: we’re looking for the most inviting and well-kept front gardens that brighten up the neighbourhood. 2. Best back garden: whether it’s a lush vegetable patch, a vibrant flower garden, or a serene retreat, why not share some pictures with us? 3. Best balcony*: even small spaces can be transformed into a gardener’s dream. We’re excited to see how you’ve turned your balconies into green sanctuaries. (* If you don’t have a balcony, but do have a window planter, or something similar, this is the category for you!) Acting on your feedback
Thank you to everyone who took part in our cleaning survey last November. We’ve listened to your feedback and are taking action to improve the service. We’re now meeting regularly with our cleaning contractor, JustAsk, to make sure all feedback is shared and acted on quickly. We’ve also made 132 follow-up calls to residents in areas where satisfaction was lowest, to understand concerns and agree next steps.
