Click here 14 April 2022 Dear Resident and Family Members, COVID-19 Update for residents & families of Calvary Elanora Following our last update to residents and families, I am writing to advise that through the current testing regime that the total number in the current outbreak has increased to 29 including 23 residents and 6 staff. 21 of the COVID Cases in residents reside within the Moule Terrace Unit and 2 of the COVID cases within residents reside in the Wicking Gardens Unit. The Bayview A & B Units, John Grant Court Unit and Wicking Gardens Unit remain open and residents are not in isolation. Testing will be conducted again 16/04/2022 and we will contact you when these results are received. Calvary Elanora remains open for general visitation. Residents will need to remain, and continue to be cared for, in their rooms. Please be assured that our staff have prepared for COVID-19 exposures and outbreaks such as this. Our staff are trained in strict infection control procedures and are focusing all of their attention on the individual care needs of residents. We will update you again as soon as any information becomes available. We anticipate our next update to residents and families will be Tuesday 19/04/2022, unless there are any changes that need to be communicated before then. We know that this will be worrying for you and your loved ones in our care. We want to assure you that we are doing everything possible to continue to look after the health and wellbeing of all our residents while keeping them safe during this difficult time.
