The hottest new addition to the schedule this summer is "Water Workout" with Kaitlyn!
NEW DAY & TIME -- FRIDAY, poolside, AT 6:00 PM
Come see Kaitlyn at the Pool this Friday, 7/24!
This workout will incorporate some strength training as well as cardio training while taking advantage of the low impact properties of the pool!
Come let Kaitlyn work on your beach bod, and then visit the Grille for a nice, healthy dinner from Chef Duane & Co.!
