WA - Mandatory Covid-19 Booster Vaccination Requirement Dear Re: Mandatory COVID-19 booster vaccination requirement I am writing to inform you about the mandatory COVID-19 booster vaccination requirement announced by the WA Government for workers in Western Australia who are currently following mandatory vaccination directions. This includes health care workers at public and private health care facilities, and health care workers in primary health care facilities, including private practices. Previously, the WA Government announced mandatory vaccination directions which apply to health care workers who, for work purposes, access public and private hospitals and public health service facilities and primary health care workers who, for work purposes, access primary health care facilities. This includes audiologists working in private practice settings. However, the mandatory vaccination requirement for primary health care workers does not apply if:
Health care workers who are unable to have a COVID-19 vaccine can request a COVID-19 vaccination exemption for medical reasons.
