Coronavirus (COVID-19) | Update for Residents and Families

Dear Resident or Family Members,

Calvary Central Park - eased visitor restrictions

We are pleased to inform residents and families that all tested Calvary Central Park residents have now received negative results from the latest round of testing.

This means we now are able to lift the restrictions at Calvary Central Park, and visitors will be permitted entry, subject to guidelines.

Are visitors allowed?

Calvary Central Park reopens  to visitors from today, Friday 21 January 2022.

  • One single nominated visitor will be permitted per resident during the home’s visiting hours, due to the heightened risk of infection and community transmission. This will be in place until further notice.
  • The visitor is permitted subject to a negative Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) conducted on arrival
Visitors are provided with PPE including face masks, to be worn at all times during their visit

What happens now?

As a precaution, our staff will continue to closely monitor all residents for symptoms of COVID-19 and further RAT testing of residents will ocur on Friday.

We thank residents and families for your continued support and understanding during this challenging time. You can help us by sharing this information with your family and friends.

We are also very grateful that families continue to work with us so generously to ensure the safety of your loved ones in our care, and look forward to receiving visitors back into the home.

Sincerely,

Dana IeraciGeneral Manager Aged Care
