Burnley Live - Burnley’s biggest free music festival is back from 1 - 3 May 2026 and is set to be the biggest and best yet with an expanded site, more acts and lots of collaborations with local businesses. SLICE has officially opened in Burnley Market, serving up New York-style pizza by the slice - perfect for lunch or a quick bite to eat after work. All their pizzas are made with fresh dough, prepped daily and topped with bold flavours inspired by classic New York favourites, including The Manhattan Melt and Brooklyn BBQ Whether you fancy a £2 slice or full-sized 17 inch pizza, both options are available to eat-in or takeaway. Real Food Hall has announced an exciting new line-up of food vendors at its food hall concept on Manchester Road.Reflecting the original vision for the site to feature a variety of food from regional chefs, Real Food Hall will be welcoming Mexican-inspired street food, Sencillo by Steve, Urban Bites Street Food and The Spud Shack over the coming weeks. Real Food Hall favourite, Levi’s Pizzeria, will continue to serve up their artisan wood-fired pizza. Real Food Hall continues to strengthen Burnley’s food offering and after two successful years already, it’s clear the best is still to come. BURNS NIGHT CELEBRATIONS AT THE ROYAL DYCHE 🏴
Looking for something a little different to enjoy at the end of January? The Royal Dyche will be marking Burns Night on Sunday 25 January with an evening celebrating Scottish tradition, culture and hospitality. From 7pm, guests can enjoy an evening of poetry and live music, alongside a classic Burns Night menu featuring haggis, neeps and tatties. The Football Hub offers an outstanding opportunity for players aged 6 - 14 looking to enhance and elevate their skills through supplementary training. The grocery bridges the gap between food banks and supermarkets, helping people manage their weekly food shops while also offering a welcoming community space. Membership also includes access to free on-site courses, clubs and additional support. For anyone feeling worried about money as the year begins, Burnley Community Grocery is also hosting a free Debt Help Drop-In Session on Friday 23rd January.
