Dates and Deadlines

Be sure to visit the Dates and Deadlines website for all important registration-related dates.

Email and Confidential Information

The Registrar’s Office takes measures to ensure personal and academic information is only disclosed to the student to whom it refers. For example, confidential information will only be discussed by email to a Carleton email account. The Registrar's Office will not respond to emails sent from an off-campus account with any information specific to a student’s record.

If you would like to authorize the release of personal or academic information or documents to a third party, complete a Third Party Release of Information through Carleton360.

Academic Withdrawal Deadline – Saturday, November 15, 2025

Although the deadline has passed for receiving a financial adjustment when you withdraw from an early fall, full fall or fall/winter course, you may drop a course to avoid a failure or a poor grade showing up on your student record and affecting your CGPA. This is called Academic Withdrawal.

Academic Withdrawals will create no financial change to fall term fees and will result in a grade of Withdrawn (WDN) appearing on your official transcript. WDN is a permanent notation signifying no academic credit. WDN will not impact your CGPA.

The Academic Withdrawal deadline for full fall and late fall courses is Saturday, November 15, 2025. After this date, you will not be able to drop the course. For all academic deadlines, review the academic year calendar.

MeWeRTH’s Reading for Well-Being Community Book Club

Dr. Pozzulo also runs the Reading for Well-Being Podcast, interviewing the authors of the selected books from the book club. The interviews break down the science and strategies that can be applied to improve well-being. Listen on Spotify, Apple Podcasts or Libsyn.
