Natasha Fyles Selena Uibo Media Release Residents to soon call John Stokes Residential Precinct home28 September 2022 A significant public housing project in Darwin is taking shape with two of the three towers at John Stokes Square Precinct reaching a major milestone. John Stokes Square Precinct is a 78-unit public housing complex in the heart of Nightcliff that will provide housing for senior Territorians and people with a disability. The first two complexes, both 30 units each, are nearing completion and will be handed over to a local Community Housing Provider who will provide wrap around services for tenants. Local construction company Greenspace is delivering the project, which is due to be completed by late 2022, with 140 construction jobs being supported so far.
