Beware of scam email

The NDIS Commission and NDIA are aware of a scam email in circulation that is targeting NDIS providers.

The scammer is posing as the NDIS and are asking providers to confirm their details. The email is not from an NDIS Commission or NDIA email address and has the subject line ‘Urgent: Provider information verification’.

The email threatens to revoke the provider’s ‘license’ if details are not confirmed within 24 hours.

The NDIS Commission will only contact you about registration details via registration@ndiscommission.gov.au. Official NDIS Commission emails will always come from a [ndiscommission.gov.au] domain.

Think before you click on suspicious emails. Do not disclose the information requested or click on the link.
