COVID-19 UPDATE - IMMEDIATE ATTENTION: Urgent Call to Staff at Calvary Mirridong

I am pleased to inform residents and families that all tested Calvary Mirridong residents have received negative results from the latest round of testing. In line with Public Health Unit advice, we now are able to lift the current visitation restrictions at Calvary Mirridobng.

Consistent with Calvary’s Position Statement on Visiting in Aged Care Calvary Mirridong will welcome visitors back into the home from March 04 2022.

Information for visitors

  • Calvary Mirridong is open to visitors from 04 March 2022.
  • Visiting hours are between 9-5pm.
  • There is no limit to the number of visitors allowed per resident, per day.
  • Visitors will be required to complete screening requirements prior to entry and wear appropriate PPE (including face mask and shield) whilst visiting. PPE is provided by Calvary.
  • As a precaution to keeping residents safe, visitors may be required to have a rapid antigen test (RAT test) before entering the home.

Thank you for all that you have done to ensure our residents continued to receive the safest possible care, with such empathy and compassion over this challenging time. Your hard work is appreciated.

We all look forward to receiving visitors back into the home.
