Exam Schedule Now Available

The late and full summer exam schedule is now available. You can find your schedule on the Scheduling and Examinations Services website or through your Carleton360 account.

The final exam period will take place from Saturday, August 19 to Friday, August 25, 2023.

 

Mental Health Resources

Whether you’re feeling anxious, stressed or overwhelmed, or seeking a little extra support, there is always help available to you. Carleton’s Health and Counselling Services offers counselling appointments, including appointments with specialized counsellors: Indigenous, sexual assault and trauma, racialized, 2SLGBTQ+ and international. To book an appointment, please call 613-520-6674.

You can also access the Wellness Services Navigator to be matched with resources on campus and in the community catered to your specific wellness needs.

Fall 2023 Universal Transit Pass (U-Pass)

The U-Pass is a discount transit pass provided to eligible Carleton students. You are entitled to unlimited travel on OC Transpo and the Société de transport de l’Outaouais (STO) in Gatineau if you are enrolled in 1.5 credits or more in the fall and winter terms. Returning students will receive an email when it is time to renew their U-Pass on campus.

 

Fall Orientation

Upper Year Orientation is an opportunity for returning undergraduate students to meet new people, experience campus life, learn about programs and supports at Carleton and more. Register for Upper Year Orientation on the Student Experience Office website.

Paul Menton Centre Orientation

All new students registered with the Paul Menton Centre for Students with Disabilities (PMC) are invited to join this year's PMC Fall Orientation event on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The event will include a "PMC 101" overview, panels and presentations on student experiences, services and more.

You can register on the PMC Orientation page. Registration is free but required.

 

Call for Nominations — Advisory Committee on President Search

Carleton University is beginning the search for a new President and Vice-Chancellor. In accordance with the appointment guidelines of the Board of Governors, an advisory committee will be convened. The call for nominations for one undergraduate student to serve on this committee is now open. All undergraduate students at Carleton are eligible to apply. The deadline to apply is 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 25, 2023.

Join CUSA's Volunteer Team: Chonk Nation

The Carleton University Students’ Association’s (CUSA) Chonk Nation is now accepting applications for volunteers in fall 2023. Chonk Nation volunteers assist with the on-site and online execution of events and campaigns. A variety of positions are available, including Fall Orientation volunteers, content creators and outreach coordinators.

 

Check Your Timetable

If you are enrolled in fall or winter classes, now is a good time to check your timetable through Carleton360. While we strive to minimize alterations to the class schedule, changes to the schedule may have been made between the time you registered and the first week of classes.

Student Experience Questionnaires Now Available

The Student Experience Questionnaires are available until Wednesday, August 16, 2023. At any time during the questionnaire period, click on the link in your Carleton email or visit the Student Experience Questionnaire website to complete your questionnaires.

Depositing Funds on Your Campus Card

Add funds to your Campus Card using the online deposit system. The deposit system is available 24/7 and accepts MasterCard, Visa and debit from most major Canadian banks as payment methods and transactions.

 

Carleton Mobile Updated

Carleton Mobile has been updated to resolve minor bugs and performance improvements. If you already have the app on your mobile device, ensure you update the app to see the latest features. Carleton Mobile is available for download on Google Play or the Apple App Store today!
