Researchers attract $18M in federal funding

Fueled by a record $17.8 million from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, Western researchers are tackling pressing health challenges by developing new treatments, studying diseases and disorders and exploring new ways to improve physical and mental health.

‘Living lab’ drives smart city innovation

Engineering professor Ayan Sadhu and his team are testing urban scanning technologies such as cameras and sensors through a Campus as a Living Lab initiative, assessing Western's infrastructure and sustainability to demonstrate the system for city officials.

Small section of Lambton Drive to close Feb. 18 to 19
Lambton Drive will be closed between Alumni Circle and Upper Heating lot Tuesday, Feb. 18 and Wednesday, Feb. 19 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pedestrians, please follow signage around the site for your safety. The Fowler Clinic lot can be accessed from the east side of Lambton Drive. For LTC impacts, visit the London Transit website.

Registration open for math camps
Western is home to dozens of camps for kids throughout the summer. If you or someone you know has a child interested in math, there are four week-long math camps available. Register online.

New graduate student website
